Biography Valter Morais became a professional painter in 1981 after earning a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Mogi das Cruzes in Sao Paulo. Morais` artistic style is a fusion of a Picasso and Pop art. Morais` Works are featured Worldwide including a portrait of Princess Ann which hangs in Buckingham Palace.
